Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I am not running any face-to-face courses. However, I am able to offer support and Professional Learning through video conferences.
As an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, I present face-to-face training courses on Apple’s Everyone Can Code curriculum. This curriculum covers teaching students from beginning coding through to High School and beyond, focussed around Swift Playgrounds.
Learn to Code with iPad K-6 (2 hours after school)
Coding is an essential skill that teaches problem-solving, develops teamwork and inspires creativity. Learn how you can engage students from Year K through to Year 6 in the world of coding on iPad, using visual-based apps, Swift Playgrounds and Everyone Can Code resources designed for teachers. And discover how Apple Teacher, a free professional learning program, can guide you in your journey in learning how to teach code.
These courses are also NESA Registered hours, with the hours dependent on whether they are whole day or shorter after school.
