Introduction

Bev is a teacher who provides consultancy on innovative use of technology in education, providing in-school consultancy, support and training for teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools throughout Australia. While she is a regional and remote specialist in NSW and interstate, she frequently visits Sydney and can come to any schools and areas by request.

NOTE: I am currently only working with schools by request, and not currently running external face-to-face courses and workshops. School support can be on site (where travel restrictions permit) or remote engagements.

Bev’s focus is on pedagogy, improving learning outcomes and student engagement through the quality use of 21st century learning tools. Courses include Coding and Robotics K-6, Integrating iPads into CAPA and Music Programs, Best Cross-Curricular Apps, Creating Your Own Digital Resources, Apple Teacher and Assisting Students with Learning Difficulties and Differences through Technology. Recent years have seen Bev specialising in Aboriginal Education, primarily in Arnhem Land in the N.T. and in The Kimberley in W.A., supporting language and culture with iPad and technology.

Ongoing in-class support provides teachers with hands-on support, enabling relationships and confidence to grow and skills to develop over time in a supportive environment. Ongoing in-class support means training can be tailored to individual needs and linked to teaching programs.

Bev is an Apple Professional Learning Specialist.
